You have a wonderful blog - many many thanks for all your hard work. British Victorian art still doesn't receive the respect it deserves. Things have moved on from the 1960s, but even now the great majority of Victorian artists remain neglected and forgotten.
As for the artist Goff... his buildings are quite disturbingly wonky!
Goff does indeed seem to be one of those documentary artists, sort of like Louise Rayner. This is not to imply denigration - it's just one hue in the grander artistic spectrum (to wax metaphorical)...
