Frederick Waters Watts

Little is known about Mr. Watts (1800-1870), who was variously known as Frederick Waters Watts, Frederick William Watts, and Frederick William Waters Watts. His style of landscape painting appears to have been strongly influenced by Constable - even his use of color is similar.
